Development of CODEVE methodology was successfully achieved and demonstrated.
CODEVE stands for Collaborative Design in Virtual Environment and is a set of methodological rules and procedures, which are tailored to facilitate effective new product development process in virtual (dislocated) design & development teams, which collaborate mainly over the use of ICT.
Development of the CODEVE methodology was the core output of the project and was successfully structured in the first year of the project, and demonstrated on the industrial case student project in summer semester of 2015. In the two following years, the methodology was additionally tested in other versions of industrial projects, that demonstrated agility of the methodology in different industrial scenarios and helped to optimize the methodology.
